• Individualized recommendations for treatment programs and services are initiated through a medical consultation. We will determine together if you are a candidate for the services you seek. We are not interested in selling you services that are not appropriate even if your desires are strong.
• All services are provided in a professional and ethical manner with your relaxation, comfort and privacy the priority.
• While providing a warm friendly atmosphere, we never forget the potential seriousness of our medical services and make sure that safety and proper technique are never compromised.

Gifts

Give a gift of looking young! skinkareltd gift cards/certificates are a great way to express love and concern for someone's total image desires. Certificates are available in any denomination and may be applied toward any of our services or products. Etiquette

In order that we may provide all clients with the best possible care, please respect the following policies:

• Please maintain all conversations at a reasonable volume, respecting that sensitive medical information is being exchanged.
• Please turn off all pagers and cell phones.
• In view of the use of lasers in the facility, we ask that no pets or young children are in the facility during operating hours.
• Please secure all valuables. skinkareltd will not be responsible for lost or stolen articles.

Late Arrivals and Cancellations

All appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for the comfort and success of your treatment. Your late arrival may limit our ability to provide the best experience for you or others.

Cancellations for medical treatments require at least 24 hours notice. You will be charged the full amount of all missed appointments and late cancellations.
