Etiquette
In order that we may provide all clients with the best possible care, please respect the following policies:
- Please maintain all conversations at a reasonable volume, respecting that sensitive medical information is being exchanged.
- Please turn off all pagers and cell phones.
- In view of the use of lasers in the facility, we ask that no pets or young children are in the facility during operating hours.
- Please secure all valuables.
Late Arrivals and Cancellations
All appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for the comfort and success of your treatment. Your late arrival may limit our ability to provide the best experience for you or others.
Cancellations for medical treatments require at least 24 hours notice. You will be charged the full amount of all missed appointments and late cancellations.
